When will my photos be approved?
All photos are manually approved. Your photo should be visible within 24 - 48 hours. We do this check to ensure that only real people become members of 5Ddating. We also try to spot dating scammers this way.
Why is everything in English?
5Ddating is set up as an international platform. You never know where your love is currently living! The working language is English, but you can fill in your profile in your own language.
How can I cancel?
You must stop the payment yourself! Deleting your profile does not stop the payment.
If you want to stop the payment as a ONE LOVE member and remain a free member, you can send an email to love@5Ddating.com
If you prefer to leave the website entirely, sending an email is the best way to have your profile deleted.

What is the difference between the app and the website?
You can use 5Ddating via the app for iPhone and Android. If you use a tablet, you will also be directed to this app. The app has limited functionalities. Through the website www.5Ddating.com, which you access via a computer or laptop, you have many more functionalities such as a timeline, events, and group chat (see further explanation). You can also send and accept friend requests via the website. Logging in via the website is therefore highly recommended! The app is handy for on the go.
What is the difference between a NEW STAR and a ONE LOVE member?
Everyone who becomes a free member of 5Ddating is a NEW STAR member.
ONE LOVE is a paid membership, and with it, you can use all functionalities. You can choose between 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year.

Can you also buy individual credits?
Yes, you can! Credit packs are available for 100, 250, and 500 credits.

When do you receive credits?
Upon registration, you receive 10 credits. Every time you log in to 5Ddating, you receive 1 credit. If you write on the timeline or give a reaction, you receive 1 credit. When uploading a photo, you get 3 credits, and when answering a video call, you get 5 credits. This is only via the website, not via the app!
When do you lose credits?
You can spend credits on searching for users -1 credit, giving a reaction -1 credit, reading chat messages -1 credit, sending a Virtual Gift -2 credits, starting a chat -10 credits, continuing a chat -5 credits, and putting yourself in The Spotlight -20 credits.
Where can I adjust my email preferences?
You automatically receive emails from 5Ddating. You can set which emails you want to receive or not at > My Preferences > Mail Notifications https://www.5ddating.com/email-notifications
I am dating someone. Can I make myself temporarily invisible?
Yes, you can! You can set the access rights for all your content for other users at > Privacy https://www.5ddating.com/profile/privacy
I no longer want to receive the newsletter.
At the bottom of each newsletter, there is an option to unsubscribe. If this is not visible, you can also do it at > Preference https://www.5ddating.com/profile/preference
Suspicious profile or being harassed?
If you encounter a suspicious profile or are being harassed, you can 'flag' this profile. Go to the 'more' button and choose 'flag' so that we can then assess the profile.
